How to make a pet harness

Okay, this is a "how to" make a harness for your pet. And yes, it is a bracelet.
It will probably work for most small animals, though I have only tried it on rats.
You have to be careful to make it the right size for your pet!
They have to be able to move freely and MUST be able to breathe. The part for the head should be smaller than the part for the body. If you do it right you should be able to adjust it to get the fit just right.
For mine for my rats, If it is open all the way I can just barley fit it over my hand to make it a bracelet, just to give you a sizing example.
